We offer a full Architectural Design service from alterations and additions to complete new residential builds and light commercial work.

We listen to what you want and create your vision for a buildable solution.

Services we typically provide are…

• Liaise with you, the client to find out your needs so we can achieve them,
• Establish a scope of contract works,
• Provide a fee proposal to the client that reflects the scope of work expected,
• Complete a full site measure to assess conditions and constraints,
• If a property survey is required, we will engage a nominated surveyor,
• Produce the concept /sketch plans which are the clients wants and needs expressed on floor plans,
• Produce developed design drawings which are further developed concept/sketch plans in a 3D format with more information shown,
• If a resource consent is required, we will engage a nominated planner and provide them any required resource consent drawings and documentation,
• Produce full working drawings and supporting documentation required for building consent,
• Liaise with any secondary consultants within the project, such as engineers,
• Coordinate and review secondary consultants’ documentation,
• Produce specifications using Smartspec,
• We will provide the lodgement of building consent documentation to the local authority.

Contract Draughting

We offer three disciplines of contract draughting, Architectural, Electrical Engineering (Residential, Commercial & Industrial), and Mechanical Building Services (HVAC, & Hydraulics). We offer these services to the Client using AutoCAD and Revit Computer-Aided Design software. This Service is driven by the client, and we become an extension of your drawing office for the duration of the contract.

• Coordinate and review secondary consultants’ documentation,
• Produce specifications using Smartspec.

Electrical & Mechanical Engineering Draughting
